Learn how to manage your pages, contents, and team members in the Team Dashboard

On Team Dashboard - Home page, we will guide you to use several features of the AskonAI.

Before step in to the Team Dashboard:

  1. Make sure you are logged in, if you are not, please log in first Sign in - Docs
  2. Make sure you have choosen the team you want to manage, if you are not, please step into your team Account Dashboard - Docs
  3. Make sure you have subscribed to the Computing Power, if you are not, please subscribe first

What's inside the Team Dashboard's Home page?

  1. Basic Analytics: View the basic analytics of your team's Computing Power balance, total chat sessions and total messages sent to your AI customer service pages
  2. Add Page: Create a new page for your business, this will redirect you to the Page Editor where you can set up your new page
  3. View Pages: View the list of pages you have created, including:
    • Page Name
    • Page URL
    • Page Type (e.g., Internal Only, Public Access)
    • Page Status (Healthy, Warning, Insufficient CP, Offline)
    • Expiration Date
  4. Action Edit Page: Modify existing pages, including updating information, system prompts, knowledge base, and configurations
    • To open the Page Editor, click on the "Action" button on the page item you want to edit
    • It will redirect you to the Page Editor where you can manage your page
